• Training Wage ($150/day which works out to $3300/student )
• Canoeing Certification ( Paddling Canada )
• Wilderness First Aid Certification ( Wilderness Medical Associates of Canada )
• Mountain Travel Training
• Leave No Trace Trainer Certification ( Leave No Trace Centre for Outdoor Ethics - Canada )
• All food for the 22 days
• Camping accommodation for the 22 days
• All transportation ( program begins and ends in Carcross) we can arrange to pick up and drop off students in Whitehorse at beginning and end of program
• All camping gear except: personal clothing ( please see attached clothing list) & sleeping bag ( sleeping bag can be rented for $45 for the duration of the program….but many students may have their own. )
• Certificate of completion
• Letter to potential future employers outlining the skills learned in the program
